With all the progress I’ve made, there are still a few issues that are tough to shake. Brain fog, nervous system trouble, and inflammation continue to have the biggest impact on my day-to-day life. I currently use scalar therapy by Spooky2  and used to go to a center regularly. It worked — I saw huge improvements (and yes, some huge herxing too). Alongside that, I still use herbs. Lately, my brain fog has been intense.  The other day at a restaurant, I absentmindedly put the straw in my drink — with the paper wrapper still on it.  Later that day, my hand started moving oddly from the wrist, and by evening, sharp nerve pain hit. The neuropathy in my left hand returned, my eyes could barely focus, my eyelids were twitching, and my sense of taste went haywire.
